Ofitres collaborates with Studio Ruiz Velázquez on the office project for Artá Capital on Paseo de la Castellana

The Ruiz Velázquez Architecture, Interior & Design studio has led the comprehensive design of the new Artá Capital offices on Madrid’s Paseo de la Castellana with sensitivity and precision. This project was conceived with a clear vision: to redefine the workplace as a humanized, flexible environment centered on people’s well-being.

The design features an organic layout, free from rigidity, creating warm and differentiated atmospheres. Curved walls, clad in Velázquez 02 panels by Grupo ALVIC, add texture, depth, and warmth, reinforcing the sensory experience of the space.

Sustainable materials, natural light, and soft forms come together to create a fluid and contemporary environment that breaks away from convention and embraces comfort.

At Ofitres, we supported this vision by providing furniture solutions that naturally integrate with the spatial and conceptual language developed by Studio Ruiz Velázquez:

• Oxigen tables, offering visual lightness and versatility in open and collaborative spaces.
• Ipop tables, with soft, organic shapes that bring warmth and character to the environment.

Our products were selected to enhance the project’s identity, aligning with its materials, colors, and volumes while providing functionality without compromising on design.
